Where and when?

The Belong in Business Conference is being held Thursday 11th of May 2023 at the Hilton in the bay of Darwin City.

What’s on the menu?

If you attend the conference in person, delegates will be treated to a delicious barista-crafted morning coffee, an impressive selection of lunch options and a divine afternoon tea. You’ll also enjoy some post-conference drinks and mingling, and VIP ticket holders will also attend an exclusive dinner with the speakers!

Will you cater to all dietary requirements?

Dietary requirements were collected at time of registration however if you need to update your dietary requirements please email hello@belonggroup.com.au.

What’s the dress code?

The dress code is COMFORT, but you can never go wrong with business casual for a conference!

It gets very warm in Darwin, however we will be in an airconditioned room all day – so even if it’s super hot outside, we recommend bringing a jacket or cardigan.

Can I bring a guest?

No, sorry. All attendees at the conference must be delegates who purchased tickets. You will be required to wear your wristband at all times to gain access to the Belong in Business Conference.

How do I convince my boss to buy my ticket to BIB?

Will I get a refund if I need to cancel?

A full refund will be provided if you cancel before 10th February 2023. We do not offer refunds outside of this grace period, but you may send someone in your place. You may also resell your ticket to another person. Transfer your event access to someone else, please email hello@belonggroup.com.au.

Will there be WIFI access?

Yes, complimentary internet access will be available at the DoubleTree by Hilton Esplanade.

How can we become a sponsor?

Is there an official hashtag for the BIB conference?

Yes, the official hashtag is #belonginbusiness or #bibconference – use this on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and anywhere else on Social Media to participate in the conversations and discussions on the day.

Do I need to bring a printed ticket?

No. Your ticket will be sent to the email address used upon registration. You may be asked for photo ID on arrival so don’t forget one. Once your wristband is on your wrist, please leave on as you are required to have it for entry, and we do not provide replacements.

Where’s my tax invoice?

You will receive an order confirmation email when you purchase your Conference ticket which is also your tax invoice. If you need another copy of your tax invoice email hello@belonggroup.com.au and we will send you another one.

Is the venue accessible?

The DoubleTree by Hilton caters for everyone regardless of age, experience or ability. The aim of the design isn’t only to meet specific codes but rather to strive to exceed them as a minimum standard and create an inclusive venue for all visitors.
